Are you a preschool teacher and curious about Montessori pedagogy?

We are looking for a new colleague for the Montessori preschool Timotej in Tullinge. The preschool is located a stone's throw from the center of Tullinge and has two departments with about 30 children. The preschool is run by parents, which is the cornerstone of our preschool. The parents' involvement in the children's and teachers' working environment and well-being permeates the entire operation. The preschool has a Montessori layout. Montessori pedagogy is based on the belief that the child strives to develop himself and that development follows different sensitive periods and the child is allowed to work as freely as possible based on the sensitive period he is in.

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for teaching in our toddler group by contributing to the realization of the curriculum's goals and intentions in the education. You are responsible for planning, implementing and documenting the educational work in the preschool.

We are looking for you who is a trained preschool teacher. We would like to see that you have worked as a preschool teacher for 1-3 years. We are looking for someone who focuses on joyful learning and welcomes innovative thinking and creativity. You are independent, responsible, confident in yourself and are good at communicating in Swedish both in speech and writing.

The preschool is connected to Fremia and follows general terms of employment and salary agreements within preschools.
